This statewide initiative is running through the end of May 2026 for Mental Health Awareness Month.
Get startedCentered around the award-winning documentary Angst - this program is designed to help break the stigma and spark honest conversations about mental health. It teaches us that some anxiety is normal - and helps us recognize when it becomes too much.
With real stories and expert insights, Angst gives practical tools for understanding, managing, and talking about anxiety.

The Angst Voyage feature presents the Angst Program as a guided, step-by-step journey. Instead of exploring content separately, learners follow a single linear path that blends chapters, bursts, and activities into one experience. The journey is themed as a mountain hike, moving from base to summit to reflect building emotional awareness and resilience over time.
For classrooms, the Angst Voyage works as a ready-made sequence. Students can move through it together, offering a structured, story-driven way to absorb key ideas at a steady pace.
Get startedFree access to the Creative Coping Toolkit: Angst Program is supported by Impactful Fund, Aloha United Way, Community Children’s Councils, and the Hawaiʻi Office of Wellness and Resilience, working together so Hawaiʻi residents can build skills around anxiety, stress, and emotional wellbeing.
