Impactful Fund (“we”, “us”) runs this Hawaiʻi statewide access experience for the Creative Coping Toolkit: Angst Program (“CCT”). This page describes how we handle information when you use the launcher to request access.

The Creative Coping Toolkit privacy policy for the product and program platform (hosted by Impactful Networks) covers the program and online experience after you use this site. The policy on this page applies only to this Hawaiʻi statewide access website, the form and communications to get access, and the initiative operations described here.
Information you may provide
When you go through the access form, you may provide:
- The type of community that fits you (for example school, healthcare, government or public service, community organization, or individual with a county).
- A selected organization, agency, or department from the list.
- If you use the unlisted path, the name you type for a community that is not yet on the list.
- The option that best describes you (role), and, for some roles, whether you are entering as a learner (standard program entry) or as a facilitator (with tools for leading others, including an email address so we can send your access link).
- For the facilitator path: your email address, consent to process that email, and, if you choose it, a separate opt-in to program email updates (newsletter).
We may also receive standard technical data (such as device or browser type, general region, and which pages you visit) through our hosting, analytics, or error reporting tools, where they are enabled.
How we use this information
We use it to:
- Route you to the correct CCT program access, including the right access link or follow-on steps.
- When you are on the facilitator path, send the access link (and, when our email system is connected, a confirmation) to the address you provide, and, if you opted in, to send program updates in line with that opt-in.
- Operate, secure, and improve this site and the statewide program.
We do not sell your personal information.
Operations and partners
To run this initiative, we may store and review submission and access records in the systems that power the launcher, email, and program (for example our database and, where enabled, a partner reporting spreadsheet) so that partners can understand statewide participation at an operational level. See the site footer to open our policies or to contact us.
Cookies and similar technology
Video embeds, fonts, or other third-party tools on this site may set cookies or use local storage as described in their own policies. You can limit cookies in your browser settings.
How long we keep data
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, unless a longer period is required by law.
Children and students
The program is intended for a broad audience, including with school involvement. If you believe we have collected a minor’s data in a way that concerns you, contact us using the Help or footer contact options and we will address it promptly.
Changes
We may update this policy; the “Last updated” line will change when we do.
