About this initiative

The Creative Coping Toolkit: Angst Program is a film- and evidence-based mental health education experience. This site helps Hawaiʻi residents ages 10+ get complimentary access during May Mental Health Awareness Month, with entry paths for school communities, healthcare, government and public service, community organizations, and individuals (by county).

How the access form works

  1. Pick the community that fits you: school, healthcare, government or public service, community organization, or individual.
  2. Enter your details so we can match you with the right community.
  3. Enter the toolkit and enjoy access throughout the month of May.

This May statewide access effort is a collaboration with Impactful Fund and the Hawaiʻi Office of Wellness and Resilience. Together, this initiative is designed to reach communities across all islands, expand timely access to mental health education, and improve long-term outcomes for youth, families, educators, and community leaders statewide.

Program overview

The Creative Coping Toolkit: Angst Program combines documentary storytelling, expert guidance, classroom-ready activities, discussion prompts, learning bursts, and facilitator supports to help people better understand anxiety, build coping skills, and create healthier conversations around mental wellness in schools, families, and communities across Hawaiʻi.
