The program is offered to Hawaiʻi residents under the terms of this statewide May initiative, including the categories shown on the form (such as school, healthcare, government, community organization, and individual paths). Access to the program itself is subject to the technical steps on this site; additional rules may apply through your school, organization, or agency. Nothing in these terms overrides policies from your own institution or employer.
